The Zoo, Visit Two!

So before the potty training-o-rama began, we took a last-minute trip to the zoo to enjoy the pretty weather!

And our friend, Ty, and his Oma, joined Marmena, Libby and me this time.

Meerkats! Just like in Libby's favorite live-action animal soap opera, Meerkat Manor. She had a favorite here, too.

This silverback just kept on eating. Totally nonplussed by us watching him chow down on lunch.

Fun times with Oma! 

Libby was not ready to go and pulled her lying down on the sidewalk trick. Ty took her cue and joined in. I felt bad, but I couldn't help but get a photo of this cuteness. After I had to pick Libby up screaming, Ty was very concerned for her. But he left like a perfect gentleman. It really was a fun day.

Of course, the playground was a highlight!

Good-bye, elephants! Libby is still talking about them.

And THIS was what happened when we got back home! Tired girls!

Fun Day! Fun memories! The kids even swapped and shared their lunches. Beyond cute.
