Memorial Day

The rest of Memorial Day weekend we took it pretty easy. We got to see Ty and his parents a couple of times: at Nadine's BBQ and birthday bash where they played games and ran around the house...

and found a few minutes to relax. The party was great fun and the hosts and food were even better!

Libby and Ty also made plans to get together for Memorial Day. Libby was ready to show off her "big pool" skills and Ty was excited to try out the big pool again. To his parents' delight- he really enjoyed it this year!

Libby, of course, wanted to jump off the diving board - and this time, since we were both there, she got to do it!

Ah how she does love the "big 'wimmin pool."

We came back to the house for a pizza lunch! A kid favorite.

Michael, Libby and I went to the pool AGAIN after her (long!) nap for a party neighborhood that night. We didn't last long, though- not because Libby was acting up but because the foot was about gone anyway and then it started raining so everyone pretty much cleared out (we were fairly late to the party). But we had a great weekend overall with family and friends!
