They thought a good bit ahead of time, but they were still very ready when Santa asked whether they had been good and what they would like for him to bring them.
We had a VERY short line in the morning (we got there just before the mall opened) and enjoyed watching the few others ahead of us meet Santa.
Matthew asked for a train music box and another set of Paw Patrol pjs, and Libby asked for a microscope and Skye (from Paw Patrol) pajamas.
After the visit, we took care of shoe needs for the family. Matthew and Libby got new dress shoes, I got new sneakers and Michael got new tennis shoes. Christmas came a little early!

The night before we saw Santa at the mall, Santa also visited our house!
The kids LOVED it when we came downstairs all decked out before the party were were headed to at the Martin's house.
But... they were okay with us leaving since Mimi was babysitting -- with pizza for dinner and some sort of project that we weren't allowed to see! Plus.. soon to bed meant Santa in the morning.
